Almost there...
It's been about 2 months, and the deck/screened in porch is just about finished! Furniture has been ordered and is hopefully on the way. We'll have table and chairs on the deck and a couch, two chairs, and coffee table in the porch.

JcPenneys has a super nice umbrella (tilt function and crank) (sand color) for $40 (marked down from like $200) plus a base for maybe 15 or so...use a 15% coupon for a great deal. fyi. : )
